Grab a two hour arrival window online or over the phone. You'll get a text with your tech's name and photo.
If we're running behind, you hear it from us before the window closes, not after.
Stand there with us. We'll show you the worn part, the good part, and what makes them different.
Written down, itemized, and approved by you before a tool comes out of the van. Nothing on that list you couldn't explain to a neighbor.
Balance check, safety reverse test, then a quick walkthrough of what to watch for next year.
We started out of a 2002 Chevy Suburban. Some used tools in the back and one rule we still keep: never sell somebody a part we wouldn't put on our own mom's door. That first year was mostly neighbors calling neighbors. Honestly, that's still where most of our work comes from.
The name came from what the job usually turns out to be. Most doors don't need replacing. They need a spring, a roller set, a real balance job, and somebody willing to say so out loud. Bringing a good door back to life costs you less and it's better for us down the road.
Restoring trust is the harder part. Too many people get handed a four-figure quote for a hundred-dollar problem. So we show you the worn part, write the price down first, and let you say no. Every van and truck is fully stocked. Most jobs get finished on the first visit, no second trip needed.
We work in San Diego County. Same crew standards and the same prices in San Diego and Phoenix.
